Under 17s Driving Lessons Cornwall

On August 30th we will be launching our latest young driver venue at Perranporth Driving Centre in Cornwall. This addition to our under 17s driving venues will allow for the first time youngsters to attend under 17s driving tuition without having to travel the two hours up the road to Exeter.

This will be the very first venue of its kind in the whole of Cornwall and will allow teenagers from 12 years of age start their road safety education and this will help them lower the risk they face on the road when they pass their driving test when they turn 17.

Learning to drive at a younger age can help you become a much safer driver when you reach 17 and can help reduce the chance of you being involved in an accident when you do pass your driving test.

Teenagers make up just 1.5% of full licence holders, but are involved in 12% of serious road traffic accidents where someone is seriously injured or killed.

Starting at a younger age gives the pupils time to develop their driving skills over a longer period of time.

All your driving sessions with us will be one to one with fully qualified driving instructors teaching you in a structured way that ensures you become a safe driver when you pass your driving test.

We are also using this new venue to launch our pupil progress booklet that will be given to every pupil when they first attend one of our venues. This booklet is designed to help structure the training to the level of each pupil and help them understand their goals and the areas they need to practice to meet those goals.

If you are interested in attending any of our under 17s driving venues you can book online at www.u17driving.co.uk

As well as this new under 17s venue at Perranporth Cornwall we also have our other under 17s driving venues at Henstridge Airfield, Weymouth Park & Ride and Salisbury Park & Ride.
