Calls to improve young Driver Road Saftey

One in five newly qualified young drivers will have an accident within six months of passing their test, according to figures from the RAC Foundation.
The charity and the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents wants the government to take action, and say four teenagers die or are seriously injured each week.
Becky Pain, whose son Oliver was killed in a road accident, says the driving test is outdated and needs changing to better reflect the road conditions young drivers have to deal with.
In 2013, 234 teenagers were killed or seriously injured in a crash were a young driver was at the wheel and a staggering 2144 injuries.
