Driving Blind With Dorset Blind Association

Our VIP’s recently took to the roads of the training area at Bovington Camp, with the help of 2nd2None Driving School – some of them reaching speeds of up to 80mph! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day which was rounded off with a ride in a rally car, which gave them a whole new experience!
Sam – one of our VIP’s said “for a blind person the opportunity to have a driving lesson is probably comparable to a sighted person getting a flying lesson! The driving instructors were amazing and was an awesome experience that I will never forget. The ride in the rally car was a brilliant surprise and fab way to finish off the day.”
Thanks to all that helped out on the day.
